Weather Girl

Zamrie Dress, Dr. Scholl's Aviator Shoes, Merci Fortune Charlotte Duffel Bag, Olive + Piper Earrings (also love the necklace version), Kamryn Dame Park Bracelet, Sarah Chloe Heartbeat Bangle

My mother used to say that I didn't have the sense to come out of the rain - and for good reason, considering that whenever it started raining, my first reaction would usually be to run straight outside. Things haven't changed much.  The rain always strips away a certain layer of pomp and circumstance, exposing a less restrained version of the self. Tamed hair starts to curl, skin and clothes become speckled, and negative ions release a certain kind of energy that has the potential to make us feel that much more alive.

A little rain hardly meant we would ever think to stop doing what we do. As we often say in this neck of the woods, one must never let an adventure get in the way of a good outfit, and one must never let a good outfit get in the way of a great adventure.

P.S. If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, mark your calendars and make sure to stop by and help us celebrate the new Spring Collection Launch at Karen Millen on March 27th from 6-8 pm. I will also be providing one-on-one styling sessions and we'd absolutely love to hang with you.

  1. You look stunning, these photos are amazing!

  2. Well I will be there! That's for sure.
I feel the same about the rain, and have to say it can make adventures even better.
